Boost your Listening & Pronunciation !

Basic, Intermediate or Advanced students of the English language, need constant challenge in Pronunciation, Intonation and Listening (to understand what the native speakers say)  .
How about free apps that can help you with that ?
Here are my choices:
Pronunciation Checker by ELT Soft

PRONUNCIATION CHECKER

This free app is very complete, all you have to do is type the word or sentence you want to check how to speak and click in LISTEN.
Great intonation and pronunciation. Very helpful for students and teachers.
Works even offline!
Tip: When installing this app, it will request you to download other four languages: German, French, Italian and Spanish. You must download them too so that it works.
It's developed by ELT Soft  http://eltsoft.com/efl_esl
So far, it is available only for Android phones.

Audiobooks
AUDIOBOOKS

A collection of universal classics read in English.
For instance, if you want to read Sherlock Holmes you can filter the name of the author like this: Doyle, Arthur Conan, Sir and a list with his works appears.
Now you can you listen to beautifully told novels, short stories, parts of the Bible...
It's possible to choose the genre : Humor, Fairy Tales, Literature...
There are also children's classics such as The secret garden, Soup of Alphabets from A-Z a four-minute recording of the letters of the alphabet and examples of words with each letter.
This app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
This is the work of Travelling Classics http://blog.travelingclassics.com/ and  Librivox recording http://librivox.org/

What are you waiting for ? Download both apps and get cracking !
